There's only one decent shop within 500 miles and he doesn't work on rice grinders, only American made. I have discovered that it's a lot easier to get info if you go to the shop rather than phone. Once you get to know a few of the wrenchers you can get a lot more help. The counter nerds don't even ask if they can help me anymore, just watch as I go through the "employees only" door to the shop.
